Basically, yes. The only difference between an evaluation copy
and a licensed copy is the evaluation copy is limited to 15
uses.

No. Just enter your name and registration code exactly as they appear in the e-mail you received containing
them when EstimatesPlease loads.

No, there is no difference--both are completely acceptable.

I just do estimates with my regular calculator?
Technically, yes. However, a. you'll have to "refine"
all inexact numbers and signs to make them workable--which
can be very confusing and time consuming, b. you'll have to do
more than one equation for your estimates and c. you won't have
three intermediate estimates to look at.
